Your AI key

The API key you configure is stored only in your browser (localStorage). On each request to the simulated client or the mentor it travels encrypted (HTTPS) to this server, which forwards it to the provider you chose and discards it. It is never stored in a database or written to logs. It is used only for the course: simulated client, mentor and the connection test. You can change or delete it from settings at any time.

Your account

If you sign in with Google we keep your identifier, email and name to tie your progress and, if you buy, the purchase. Progress includes ticked steps, quiz answers, links to your repos and your notes. We share it with nobody. You can ask for deletion by email.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We keep the checkout session id and the date to unlock the course.

Conversations

What you write to the simulated client or the mentor is sent to your AI provider with your key and is subject to their terms. This server does not store the conversations.
